because a body cell for example human body cell has 46 chromosomes, the same number of chromosomes is found in human zygote which is made by the combination of sperm and egg each of which contains 23 chromosomes so the number of chromosomes in the zygote will be 46 same as human body cell chromosomes(46)True or false? in any one animal cell the chromosomes number is exactly the same in a body cell and the zygote?
