Let me use this analogy: Hitler was not a peaceful man with a probably troubled and depressed mind. Do you think his mind did not generate power? And what about shaolin monks, who are arguably the most peaceful sort of people known? Do you think they can generate power? Both questions have very deep philosophical approaches and I believe that we have to define the word 'mind', 'generation' and 'power in the context used to near the truth to that question.
