TrueIs this statement true or false? closest answer gets best answer? ?
this was asked a day or so ago, you taking another survey?

dump the old grease, clean out sludge. Wash with soap and water, rinse and dry thoroughly and refill.

My simple answer is false, too many time wastefull steps that are un-needed No reason to boil once, much less twice. energy wastefull.
My family owned a restraint for 12 years.. this is what we did except we also used a scrubber and we scrubbed the inside as well...

Just wiping with a paper towel like others have said... OMG! EWWW.. I can see at home maybe when you have only used it once or twice but in a commercial fryer where its being used a lot it needs a GOOD cleaning!
basically its true. that's how we did it at the fast food place i used to work at. but between steps 3 and 4 we used to have to take a 3m pad and scrub out under the burners of the tub .
True, but you can also shorten the steps by just wiping it good with a paper towel
it is true

but after you refill with water detergent and boil you also need to use a steel scrubbie and clean off the hard grease on side

but you got the general idea
False - I always heard just cool, drain, wipe, start over.
I would say TRUE because this is similar to the routine that I use to clean my FryDaddy.
I'd say false because boiling wouldn't be necessary
sounds true but i wouldn't know. ask someone who works in a kfc or mcdonalds.
I believe that it's true. Every statement makes sense here so it must be true!
False
