TRUE OR FALSE: Animals and humans share most of the same types of emotions?

Lots of ways to look at this. I think the basic emotions are the same... most have the instincts to look after their young, but some don't care to do that...humans and animals.


There are kind and caring humans and some who aren't so kind and don't care. Thing is... it's in them to be kind and caring... they choose not to be. Animals can be the same way. ';Bear with a sore paw'; wasn't said for no reason. :)


I could be wrong, but think the emotions are basically the same, it boils down to how they are used... choices made to be certain ways.

True. I feel animals are capable of feeling fear ,love, anger, dislike etc. I had a cat and she had her own way of telling me she loved me, and if she was hungry, annoyed, etc. If an animal is abused, they feel and show fear and suspicion. If they are cared for, it shows in their demenanour towards people. Emotions are present in both humans and animals because they help us survive a sometimes harsh world.TRUE OR FALSE: Animals and humans share most of the same types of emotions?
False. Animals are ';all encompassing';. Dogs are a perfect example of how they can ';forgive'; without you asking. They love continuously and don't ask for anything in return. They aren't ';needy'; like us.

false, animals aren't evil, judgmental or deceitful..like human(adults). Children and animals maybe though.
False, animals don't have emotions. They only have instincts, they know not what they do or why they do it.
