Atmosphere- The air and sky (Atmos means ';vapor';)





Hydrosphere- The water and oceans (Hydro means ';water';)





Lithosphere- Rock, ground, Earth (Litho means ';rock';





1. False - People can not directly observe the lithosphere because it is rock and people can not directly go down far enough in the earth to directly observe it. The other two maybe but it doesn't matter they can't do the lithosphere and that makes it false.





2. False - The Earth is divided into the crust, mantle, and then the core. The atmosphere, hydrosphere, and lithosphere make up the surface.
