The west was the first part of the country to allow women's suffrage? true or false?

Lydia Chapin was the first American woman to vote when whe was allowed to vote at a Massachusetts town meeting back in 1756.

In their 1776 constitution, New Jersey was the first to grant certain women the right to vote. But they had to either own property or a certain amount of cash. Click on the first source link I posted below.

Wyoming claims to be the first state to grant all women the right to vote when it did that officially in 1869. Click on the bottom source link I posted below.

Utah was next in 1870. Other western states followed.

Because New Jersey only gave the right to vote to certain women, it does appear that the west was the first part of the country to officially grant all women the vote. The west was the first part of the country to allow women's suffrage? true or false?
